The JSP AHV002 Surefit Thermal Liner is a thermally insulating helmet liner designed to provide warmth and protection in cold working environments. It is fully approved and compatible for use with all JSP EVO® safety helmets, Hardcap™ A1+ and Hardcap Aerolite® bump caps, and does not affect the conformity of those helmets to EN397 or EN812.
Made from a blend of 80% cotton, 15% polyester and 5% spandex, the liner is lightweight for all-day comfort and features deep edges designed to cover the entire ear. It attaches easily via velcro and is machine washable at 30°C.
The liner is available in Medium/Large (head circumference 52–64 cm) and is designed to be fitted on the head before donning the helmet. It prevents the need for wearing incompatible and dangerous alternatives such as hoodies underneath helmets.
