The Sioen 011V Broek Zarate is a multifunctional anti-static arc trouser designed to protect against electric arcs, heat, and metal splashes. The trousers are made from Sio-Safe™ Essential fabric, a blend of 79% FR cotton, 20% PES, and 1% antistatic fibre, weighing approximately 350 g/m². The fabric is breathable and non-allergenic, ensuring comfort during extended wear.
The trousers feature a practical layout with two inset pockets with flaps, one back pocket with concealed press stud fastening, one patched thigh pocket, and one ruler pocket with concealed press stud fastening. Additional details include an elasticated waist, waistband with belt loops, knee pockets for inserting knee protection, and reflective piping on the pocket flap. Closure is provided by a hidden button and front fly with zip.
Certified to multiple European standards: EN 61482-2:2020 APC1 (ELIM 11.7 cal/cm² – ATPV 15.2 cal/cm²), EN ISO 11612:2015 (A1A2B1C1E3F1), EN ISO 11611:2015 Class 1 (A1 A2), EN 1149-5:2018, EN 13034:2005+A1:2009 Type PB[6], and EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021.
