The Sioen 9644 Belarto is a flame-retardant and antistatic softshell jacket constructed from a 3-layer softshell fabric consisting of polyester outer, breathable FR PU membrane and inherent FR fleece with antistatic properties, weighing approximately 350 g/m². The jacket is windproof yet breathable, making it suitable for cold working environments. It features a stand-up collar, a front zip closure with flap and hook-and-loop fastener, one inset chest zip pocket and two inset side zip pockets on the outside, plus one inside pocket. The sleeves are detachable for added versatility, and the cuffs are adjustable via hook-and-loop closure. A narrow strip of flame-retardant reflective tape is applied on the arms and chest for increased visibility. Back length is 75 cm in size L.
The Belarto softshell provides protection against limited flame spread (EN ISO 11612:2015 / A1 B1 C2 F1), welding (EN ISO 11611:2015 / Class 2 - A1), and dissipates electrostatic charges (EN 1149-5:2018). It also offers protection against cool environments (EN 14058:2017 / Class 1) and meets the general requirements for protective clothing (EN ISO 13688:2013). The fabric achieves index 3 for limited flame spread according to EN ISO 14116:2015.
