Chemdefend 310W/001 Type 3+4 AST

The Chemdefend 310W/001 is a disposable chemical-resistant coverall from the ChemDefend® 310 series, engineered to provide Type 3 and Type 4 protection against hazardous liquid chemicals under pressure and saturation. Constructed from a nonwoven composite comprising a polyethylene barrier layer bonded to meltblown and spunbonded polypropylene, the fabric delivers a high level of permeation resistance to inorganic chemicals while maintaining comfort, strength and durability at 70 gsm.

The coverall features sealed taped-seam technology, ensuring the seams provide the same chemical permeation barrier as the base fabric. Key design elements include a wide protective zip flap with integrated chin flap, fully enclosed elastication to reduce particle shedding, and a generous fit across the underarms, chest and waist for unrestricted movement. The garment is antistatic in accordance with EN 1149-5:2008.

Certified to EN 14605+A1:2009 (Type 3 and Type 4), the coverall also meets EN 1073-2:2003 for radioactive particulate contamination, EN 14126:2003 for infective agents and biological hazards, EN ISO 13982-1 for Type 5 dry particle protection, EN 13034 for Type 6 reduced spray protection, and ISO 27065 C3 for pesticide protection. Suitable for industrial cleaning, sanitation, sewage and biohazard work, petrochemical applications, and environments involving biological risks.
