Chemdefend 410.O/055 Type 3+4 AST

The Chemdefend 410.O/055 is a disposable coverall engineered for high-level protection against organic and inorganic chemicals as well as biological hazards. Constructed from a polyethylene and EVOH barrier composite bonded to a spunbonded polypropylene structural layer, the fabric delivers excellent chemical permeation resistance combined with high strength and durability. The garment is made from a highly visible orange composite material weighing 155 gsm.

The 055 model features a 3-piece hood, internal and external zips with two separate zip flaps sealed at the base, double cuffs with integrated thumb loops, reinforced knees and crotch, and fully enclosed elastication. Seams are internally stitched and overtaped with the same barrier material as the main fabric, ensuring equivalent chemical resistance across the entire garment. The generous cut in the underarms, chest, and waist allows comfortable, unrestricted movement.

This coverall is certified to Type 3 (EN 14605) for protection against strong directional liquid jets, Type 4 (EN 14605) for protection against liquid saturation, Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1) for dry particle protection, Type 6 (EN 13034) for light liquid spray, EN 1073-2 for radioactive particulate contamination, EN 1149-5 for electrostatic dissipative properties, and EN 14126 for protection against infective agents. It is suitable for industrial cleaning, petrochemical and chemical handling, pharmaceutical production, sewage and biohazard work, and first response scenarios.
