The PSP Monnikenkap FR-AST 99-103 is a protective monk's hood designed to shield the head from grinding and welding spatters. It is constructed from 330 g/m² cotton fabric with carbon processing, providing both flame-retardant and antistatic properties.
The hood is fitted with drawstrings for a secure fit around the face and has a total length of 560 mm (hood: 320 mm, collar: 240 mm). It is suitable for welding applications where protection against heat and flame is required.
The material has been tested and certified to EN 1149-5 (2008) for antistatic properties, ISO 11611 (2007) Class 1 A1 for welding protection, and ISO 11612 (2008) A1 B1 C1 for heat and flame protection.
