The Climax 741 is a particular purpose full face mask (Class 3) designed to provide a high level of protection and comfort. It is suitable for use in polluted atmospheres where the oxygen content exceeds 19.5% by volume.
The mask body is injection-moulded in one piece from FDA-certified thermoplastic elastomer and features five harness attachment points for secure fit. The panoramic polycarbonate visor offers a wide field of vision, is over-injected with the face seal to maintain airtightness, and is surface-treated for scratch resistance. Optical class 1, it provides protection against high-velocity, low-energy particle impact (F) in accordance with EN 166.
The filter connection is standard EN 148-1 (Rd40) and is compatible with the full range of Climax model 725 filters (gas, particulate, and combined). The inner mask, also made of thermoplastic elastomer, directs inhaled air to prevent fogging and incorporates two inhalation valves for efficient breathing. A transport belt is included for convenient carrying when the equipment is not in use. Weight: 435 g. Compliant with EN 136:1998, EN 166:2001, and Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
