The Climax 731-C is a Class 3 full face mask designed for general-purpose respiratory protection in contaminated atmospheres with an oxygen content above 19.5%. The mask body is made of injection-moulded natural rubber, offering a comfortable and durable fit.
The panoramic polycarbonate visor is impact- and scratch-resistant, providing a wide field of view and protection against high-speed particles (120 m/s). The inner mask is made of thermoplastic rubber and features two inhalation valves. The head harness is constructed from natural rubber with five anchorage points for secure and adjustable fit. A flame-retardant PVC carrying strap is included for convenient storage when not in use.
The mask features a standard threaded filter connector compliant with EN 148-1, compatible with gas, particle, and combined filters such as the Climax model 725. Filters are supplied separately based on the required protection. The mask has a nominal protection factor of 1000 and weighs approximately 580 g. It is certified to EN 136:1998, EN 166:2001, and EN 148-1 under EU Regulation 2016/425.
