The Uvex silv-Air premium FFP2 (8735211) is a particle-filtering flat fold mask with an exhalation valve, offering FFP2-level respiratory protection. Ergonomically adapted for larger face shapes, it features an innovative design with soft material edges for high wearing comfort and a continuous adjustable head band for a secure fit.
The exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance and minimises heat and moisture build-up inside the mask. A flexible, adjustable nose clip and a soft sealing lip in the nose area ensure a comfortable, reliable seal. The mask is individually packed and is compatible with uvex safety eyewear. It fulfils the requirements of the dolomite dust test (D) and is certified to EN 149:2001 + A1:2009.
Materials include a textile headband, silicone adjustment piece, aluminium nose clip, melt-blown PP and polyester filter, PVC sealing lip, and a valve made from 95% recycled ABS. The mask weighs 17 g. It can be used against solid, aqueous and non-volatile liquid aerosols up to 10 times the respective limit values, including wood dust, cement, metal dust, fine dust, concrete, soot, pollen and more.
