The Spasciani Schroeffilter P.St 202 AX is a gas filter designed to protect against organic vapours with a boiling point lower than 65°C. It features a standard thread connector conforming to EN 148-1:2018, making it compatible with full face masks TR 82, TR 2002 CL2, TR 2002 CL3, and half mask ST 85, as well as equivalent masks fitted with an EN 148-1 connector.
The filter is classified as a Type AX gas filter according to EN 14387:2021 and also conforms to EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 for performance requirements. It is a Category III PPE under Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The label colour code is brown. Breathing resistance is 0.8 mbar at 30 l/min and 3.1 mbar at 95 l/min.
The housing is made of polypropylene with an activated carbon filter medium. The filter weighs approximately 275 g, with a maximum diameter of 106 mm and a height including thread of approximately 85 mm. It should be stored at temperatures between -20°C and +50°C at relative humidity below 80%, and has a shelf life of five years from the date of production when stored in original packaging. This filter is for single use only and must not be used in environments with oxygen concentration below 17% by volume.
