The Spasciani DUO is a professional, durable and decontaminable twin-filter half mask designed for prolonged use. It is ideal for handling dangerous chemical substances, toxic gases, solvents and dusts, as well as for spray painting. Suitable for use in chemical and pharmaceutical companies, agriculture and ore milling.
The DUO half mask must be used exclusively with Spasciani snap-in filter cartridges from the series 2000 range. The cartridges can also accommodate special pre-filters to protect the particle filter element from premature clogging in particularly dusty environments.
The mask features a TPE half-face blank, elasticized webbing head straps, a moulded polyethylene nape rest, a rubber exhalation valve and shock- and solvent-resistant plastic snap-in connectors. It weighs approximately 90 g. The DUO is classified as a half mask to EN 140:1998, meeting Directive 89/868/EC (PPE). It must not be used in environments where the oxygen content is below 17% by volume.
