The JSP CAU660 filters are high-efficiency replacement particle filters designed for use with the PowerCap Infinity powered respiratory protective device. When fitted correctly, the unit meets the requirements of EN 12941:1998+A2:2008 TH3, offering a Nominal Protection Factor of 500 (UK APF 40). These filters capture airborne particulates such as dust, spores, mist, and fumes.
The filter casing is constructed from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) with a polypropylene pre-filter cover, and the pre-filter itself is made from polyester. Each pair of filters weighs approximately 107 g and measures 64 mm (H) x 134 mm (W) x 42 mm (D).
These filters are intended for use in well-ventilated, non-oxygen-deficient areas without explosive atmospheres or chemical gas exposure. The use-by date is printed on the outside of the cartridge, and working life depends on factors including work rate, airflow, and contaminant concentration.
