The JSP Force®10 Typhoon™ is an extremely lightweight full face mask with a panoramic visor, designed for easy maintenance and reliable respiratory protection. Its over-moulded visor and face seal, combined with a twin-filter orinasal design, deliver a secure fit across a wide range of face shapes and sizes.
The mask features the Typhoon™ low-resistance exhalation valve, which reduces breathing resistance and performs reliably even at very low temperatures (-40°C tested). It is fully compatible with JSP PressToCheck™ twin filter cartridges, enabling daily face fit reassurance each time the mask is donned, as well as JSP Classic filters. A 4-point harness adjustment system and web-like harness structure ensure comfort throughout the working day.
Constructed from thermoplastic elastomer and polycarbonate, the mask is latex-free, metal-free, and weighs just 370 g. It is classified as EN 136 Class 1, carries a BSI Kitemark, and is rated for reusable (R) use. An optional RX modular prescription insert is available, allowing corrective lenses to be used without compromising the face seal. Replaceable peel-off visor protectors help prolong the life of the mask.
