The JSP Force®8 Half Mask F8-830 is a twin cartridge respirator designed for superior low breathing resistance. It features a Typhoon™ exhalation valve made from silicone that performs well at very low temperatures, and a fully adjustable 4-point cradle suspension harness with quick release buckles for an effective facial fit.
The single-piece over-moulded mask is constructed from thermoplastic elastomer and ABS, providing a durable and comfortable fit for most face shapes. It is latex free, metal free, and weighs only 90 g. The low-profile, swept-back design allows the mask to be worn behind faceshields and welding visors without obstructing visibility.
The mask accepts the full range of Force®8 filters, including PressToCheck™ and PressToCheck™ Compact twin filter cartridges, providing protection against particulates, gases and vapours. It conforms to EN 140 (face piece), EN 14387:2004 and EN 143:200 (filter performance), and carries the BSI Kitemark.
