3M Versaflo M-307 Helmet with Flame Resistant Faceseal

The 3M Versaflo M-307 is a helmet fitted with a flame resistant faceseal and shroud, designed for applications involving hot particles. It combines respiratory protection with head, eye and face protection when used with an approved 3M air delivery unit such as the Versaflo TR-302E+, TR-602E or TR-802E.

The helmet features a fully adjustable suspension for a customised fit and weight distribution, and a deflector that allows users to direct airflow inside the head cover for added comfort. The visor provides good lateral and downward visibility and is available in two options: M-927 (liquid splash, EN 166) or M-925 (molten metal splash, EN 166). The M-307 meets head protection standard EN 397 including lateral deformation and electrical insulation, and respiratory protection standards EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 and EN 14594:2005.

Constructed with a polycarbonate visor and frame, EPDM/polypropylene visor seal, acetal deflector, nylon ratchet, cotton sweat pad and polyolefin headband. Compatible with 3M PELTOR hearing protection and microphones for integrated communication. Additional high heat accessories are available, including radiant heat covers and breathing tube covers.
