3M Versaflo M-306 Helmet with Comfort Faceseal

The 3M Versaflo M-306 is a helmet fitted with a comfort faceseal, designed to combine respiratory protection with head, eye and face protection. It is intended for use with approved 3M air delivery units such as the Versaflo TR-302E+, TR-602E and TR-802E powered air turbo units, as well as the V-500E supplied air regulator, to form a complete respiratory protective device.

The helmet features a fully adjustable suspension for a customised fit and weight distribution, and a deflector that allows users to direct airflow inside the helmet for improved comfort. The visor provides good lateral and downward visibility and is available in two options: the M-927 (coated polycarbonate, liquid splash protection) and the M-925 (polycarbonate, molten metal splash protection), both meeting EN 166 with optical class 1 and medium energy impact rating BT.

The M-306 meets head protection standard EN 397 (including lateral deformation LD and 440 V a.c. electrical insulation) and respiratory protection standards EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 (TH2/TH3) and EN 14594:2005 (3B). It is suitable for applications such as spraying, chemical processing, construction, metalworking and grinding. The helmet can be combined with 3M PELTOR hearing protection and compatible microphones for integrated communication.
