The Uvex 3 Laars 68792 is a high-cut safety boot designed for heavy-duty applications where durability and stability are essential. It meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 S3 and provides comprehensive protection including a metal-free protective toe cap, steel penetration-resistant midsole, and a PU scuff cap (SC) for added upper protection.

The boot features a hydrophobic leather upper with water-repellent treatment (WPA) and a textile distance mesh lining for a comfortable foot climate. The dual-density polyurethane sole combines a shock-absorbing, energy-returning uvex i-PUREnrj planet midsole (with 10% recycled granulate) and an ergonomically designed bionom x PU outsole. The outsole is antistatic, cold-insulating (CI), oil- and fuel-resistant (FO), offers excellent slip resistance (SR), and is short-term heat-resistant up to 120°C.

Additional comfort features include a foamed PU heel basket for stability, soft collar padding, a dust tongue, and a removable comfortable innersole. Sizes 36–40 are produced on a women's last. The boot is certified for orthopaedic insoles and adjustments under DGUV 112-191 (uvex medicare+) and provides ESD protection according to EN 61340-4-3 and EN 61340-5-1.
