Uvex 3 68742 S3

The Uvex 3 68742 is a safety boot built for heavy-duty applications where durability and stability are essential. Certified to DIN EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 S3L FO CI SC SR, it provides comprehensive protection including a metal-free protective toe cap, metal-free textile penetration resistance, a PU scuff cap (SC), and uvex anklepro ankle protection.

The dual-density polyurethane sole features the uvex i-PUREnrj planet midsole with 10% recycled granulate, offering shock absorption and energy return. The bionom x ergonomically designed PU outsole is antistatic, cold-insulating (CI), oil- and fuel-resistant (FO), slip-resistant (SR), and short-term heat-resistant up to 120°C. The sole is free of silicones, plasticisers and other substances that interfere with wetting agents.

The upper is made from hydrophobic leather with uvex waterstop technology and is water-repellent (WPA). A textile distance mesh lining ensures a comfortable foot climate, while the foamed PU heel basket adds stability. Additional comfort features include soft collar padding, a dust tongue, and the uvex lacelock fastening hook. Sizes 36–40 are produced using a women's last. The boot is ESD-certified according to EN 61340-4-3 and EN 61340-5-1, and uvex medicare+ certified for orthopaedic innersoles and shoe adjustments per DGUV 112-191.
