Uvex 1 85458 S2 Safety Boot

The Uvex 1 85458 is a safety boot designed for light indoor applications, certified to DIN EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 S2 FO SR. It features a dual-density polyurethane sole with a shock-absorbing PU midsole, offering excellent slip resistance (SR) and resistance to oil and fuel (FO). The outsole is antistatic and short-term heat-resistant up to 120°C.

The upper is made from breathable microvelour with clima zone technology and is water-repellent (WPA), making it suitable for people with chrome allergies. The boot includes a textile distance mesh lining for a comfortable foot climate, a foamed PU heel basket for added stability, and soft padding on the collar. Sizes 35–40 are produced using a women's last for an improved fit.

The boot is metal-free, featuring a metal-free protective toe cap, and comes with a removable comfortable innersole. It is certified 100% vegan, ESD-protected according to EN 61340-4-3 and EN 61340-5-1, and uvex medicare+ certified for orthopaedic innersoles and shoe adjustments in accordance with DGUV 112-191. The insole board and removable innersole are made partly or wholly from recycled materials.
