The 3M Peltor X1 Earmuffs with Headband provide hearing protection against low to medium noise levels with an SNR rating of 27 dB. The green colour-coded cups make it easy to identify the protection level within the X Series range.
The double headband design features a stainless steel wire core coated in non-conductive material, making the earmuffs electrically insulated (dielectric) for protection against electrical hazards. The wide, flat headband distributes weight evenly and reduces heat buildup on top of the head for improved comfort during extended wear. The slim, low-profile ABS/TPU cups offer rigidity and impact resistance while improving compatibility with other safety equipment.
Soft, wide foam cushions provide an effective acoustic seal and comfortable fit. The earmuffs weigh 184 g and are designed for optimal weight distribution and balance. Replaceable cushions and foam inserts are available as hygiene kits to extend product life. The product is type-approved under EU Regulation 2016/425 and complies with EN 352-1:2002.
