The Uvex K-Series10 2630220 (K20H) is a helmet-mount earmuff designed for attachment to safety helmets via the 30 mm Euroslot system. It provides high-level hearing protection with an SNR of 30 dB (HML: 34–28–20 dB) and is suitable for use in environments with harmful noise levels up to 100 dB(A) according to AS/NZS 1270 Class 3.
Key features include a dielectric construction, continuous length adjustment for optimal fit, and acoustic decoupling through rubber-mounted capsules. The sealing cushion is made of PVC/PE memory foam for excellent comfort and a secure seal, while the ABS capsules and PC helmet connection ensure durability. The earmuff offers 360° rotation for standby and resting positions, and exchangeable capsule pads support high hygiene standards.
The product is CE approved and complies with EN 352-3:2020, ANSI S-3.19-1974, CSA Z94.2-02, and AS/NZS 1270:2002. It is classified as PPE Category III under Regulation 2016/425, with conformity assessed via Module D by BSI Group The Netherlands B.V. (Notified Body No. 2797). Color coding (yellow) allows easy identification of the protection level.
