The 3M Peltor Optime I earmuffs with helmet mounting (model H510P3E) provide reliable hearing protection for moderate industrial noise levels, with an SNR of 26 dB tested to EN 352-3:2002. The low-profile, lightweight design (205 g) combines easily with other safety equipment and fits directly onto a wide range of industrial safety helmets without the need for an adapter.
Wide, soft foam cushions reduce pressure around the ears for improved comfort during extended wear, while the large internal cup space minimises heat and moisture buildup. The cushions and liners are available as replaceable hygiene kits to extend product service life. The earmuffs feature a dual-shell design that helps improve attenuation at lower frequencies.
Constructed with ABS cups, a stainless steel helmet-mounting arm, polyether foam liners, and PU foam/PVC cushion covers. Compatible with the 3M E-A-Rfit Dual-Ear validation system for individual fit testing. Suitable for workshops, sheet metal work, printing, and outdoor activities such as mowing or hedge trimming.
