JSP AMD170 VistaShield White Smoke

The JSP EVO VISTAshield AMD170 is a feature-rich safety helmet with a fully retractable optical class 1 integrated faceshield that provides A-rated impact protection even at extreme temperatures. The faceshield is easy to deploy, adjust and maintain, offering panoramic vision with minimal distortion, UV filtering, anti-mist and anti-scratch coatings. The visor length is 13 cm.

The helmet is constructed from an ABS shell with a micro peak and dual ventilation to reduce internal temperature by an average of 2–3 °C. It is fitted with the Revolution Flex wheel ratchet harness with 3D depth adjustment and a Chamlon cotton sweatband, designed to eliminate pressure points for all-day comfort. The safety cell concept prevents debris from travelling up the eyewear and impacting the scalp.

The AMD170 is designed for maximum compatibility with above-the-neck PPE, including prescription spectacles, JSP Force 8 half masks with PressToCheck filters and Sonis mounted ear defenders. It features a universal accessories slot, an optional ID card holder attachment and optional CR2 high-visibility reflective tape. The helmet conforms to EN 397, EN 166 (optical class 1, high energy impact A, with optional T, K and N markings), EN 170, EN 50365 (1000 V electrical insulation) and ANSI Z87.1.
