The JSP EVOLite® AJC170-000-100 is a lightweight, non-vented industrial safety helmet designed for maximum comfort and compliance. Its integrated ABS shell and 6-point textile cradle harness with Chamlon™ cotton sweatband provide a secure, comfortable fit across a wide range of head shapes and sizes. The unique 1-2-3 point depth adjustment system ensures the most precise fit attainable on an industrial helmet, while the deep nape strap keeps the helmet firmly in place, even when fully inverted.
The helmet features a micro peak and is equipped with the Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet for easy, secure adjustment. It offers 50 joules of impact resistance and is rated for electrical insulation up to 1000 V according to EN 50365. The shell is made from recyclable ABS, and the helmet operates across a temperature range of -40 °C to +50 °C. Optional features include resistance to molten metals and hot solids, reflective CR2™ high-intensity striping (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), integrated eyewear (EVOSpec®), and 2-point or 4-point chinstraps.
A universal accessories slot allows firm attachment of Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders. The helmet carries the BSI Kitemark and JSPCheck certification. Weighing just 328 g and fitting head sizes 53–64 cm, it meets EN 397 and EN 50365 safety standards.
