The JSP AJH170 EVO3 Comfort Plus is an industrial safety helmet that combines a super-strong HDPE shell for superior all-day protection with the comfort of the Evolution 3D Adjustment harness system. It features a micro peak design and a vented shell that allows cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperature by an average of 2–3 °C.
The helmet is equipped with a Revolution Flex wheel ratchet and a deep nape strap for firm, secure retention. The comfortable 6-point textile cradle harness includes unique 1-2-3 depth settings for a precise fit, while the Chamlon cotton sweatband provides unrivalled comfort. A universal accessories slot allows firm fitting of Surefit safety visors and ear defenders.
The AJH170 EVO3 is certified to EN 397, offers 50 joules impact resistance, and is rated for use from -40 °C to +50 °C. It features a BSI Kitemark and JSPCheck. Optional accessories include 2-point and 4-point chinstraps, CR2 reflective tape (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), integrated EVOSpec eyewear, and an ID card holder. The helmet weighs 372 g and fits head sizes 53–64 cm.
