The JSP EVOLite® AJD170 is an ultra-lightweight industrial safety helmet designed for maximum comfort and head protection compliance. The tough ABS shell weighs as little as 300 g while delivering robust impact protection in line with the EN 397 industrial helmet standard.
The micro peak design keeps the profile low, while dual side and rear vents allow optimum air movement inside the shell, reducing temperatures by an average 2–3°C. The Revolution® wheel ratchet enables quick, precise one-handed adjustment, and JSP's unique 3D-Adjustment system provides 3-point harness depth adjustment for the most precise fit attainable on an industrial helmet.
A textile cradle harness and Chamlon™ cotton sweatband deliver supreme all-day comfort. The helmet is fully compatible with JSP Sonis® mounted ear defenders, EVOGuard® visors, and EVOSpec® safety eyewear for complete above-the-neck protection. An integrated ID card holder is available as an option for on-site identification.
