The JSP EVOLite® AJB170-400-800 is a lightweight vented industrial safety helmet designed for maximum comfort and secure fit on the job. Its tough ABS shell weighs less than 300 g while meeting the requirements of BS EN 397:2012 for industrial head protection.
A 6-point textile cradle harness and the unique 1-2-3 point harness depth adjustment deliver a precise, stable fit that stays firmly in place even when fully inverted — ideal for work at height, in high winds, or during high-activity tasks such as motorway maintenance. The Revolution® wheel ratchet allows quick, one-handed size adjustment.
The helmet is fitted with CR2 reflective decals for improved visibility and features a Chamlon™ cotton-core sweatband with porous PU coating for maximum moisture absorption. The vented version is tested to BS EN 50365:2023 Class 1 for electrical insulation applications.
