Climax 5-RS Pinlock Helmet

The Climax 5-RS safety helmet is designed and manufactured to provide optimal protection against impacts from falling objects such as stones, roofing tiles, and bricks, as well as electrical discharges up to 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC. It is suitable for full-time work in environments where these hazards are present.

The helmet shell is made of high-density injected polyethylene with a smooth surface, twin longitudinal ribs, and a solid triangular-section rib for added rigidity. It features a central visor and a water rim around the perimeter. The interior includes six anchor points for harness attachment. The harness is made of injected linear polyethylene with high impact absorption capacity and consists of a head strap, neck strap, and six buffering straps. The front of the head strap is covered with a fabric sweat band, and the height can be adjusted to three different positions.

Certified to EN 397:2012+A1:2012 and EN 50365:2002 under Regulation (EU) 2016/425, with notified body number 0161. The helmet weighs 325 g, operates in temperatures from -20 °C to +50 °C, and includes a 30 mm universal slot. Shelf life is 10 years from the date of manufacture.
