The 3M™ Peltor™ G3000NUV is a safety helmet developed for use in demanding environments, offering excellent ventilation and a wide field of vision. The shell is made from HDPE and features a smoothly rounded design that prevents parts from snagging on cables or branches, while the slim profile helps deflect falling objects without pushing the helmet out of position.
The helmet is equipped with the 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor disc, which indicates when the helmet has been exposed to excessive UV radiation and needs to be replaced. Ventilation openings distributed across a large area provide maximum airflow for improved wearing comfort. The head harness can be rotated 180° for better visibility when working in confined spaces, and the short brim improves upward visibility. The ratchet-type headband allows easy one-handed size adjustment.
The G3000NUV features a replaceable plastic sweatband and is approved for use at temperatures down to −30 °C. It meets the requirements of EN 397:2012+A1:2012 with the harness rotated 180° (reversed). Optional accessories include a mining lamp bracket. The helmet is available in white.
