The JSP HardCap A1+ is a sleek, low-profile bump cap designed to exceed EN 812:2012 standards. Its HDPE shell and castellated protective liner provide protection against impacts from above and from the sides. The liner is removable, allowing the outer cap to be machine washed at up to 40 °C for hygiene and extended life.
A unique one-handed angled adjuster fits under the occipital bone at the rear of the skull, giving a secure and comfortable fit for head sizes from 53 to 64 cm. The cap features a terry-towelling sweatband for added comfort, ventilation holes in the liner and two mesh panels for improved airflow, and subtle reflective piping for increased visibility.
The 5 cm short peak version is available in navy and carries the BSI Kitemark. The shell is recyclable, and the product weighs approximately 155 g. It is suitable for use in temperatures from -10 °C to +50 °C.
