The JSP EVO®3 Comfort Plus is an industrial safety helmet designed for all-day protection across a wide range of environments. It features a super-strong HDPE shell with a mid peak and vented design that promotes cooling airflow, reducing helmet temperature by an average of 2–3 °C. The helmet is certified to EN 397 and rated for 50 joules of impact resistance, with an operating temperature range from –40 °C to +50 °C.
The Evolution® 3D Adjustment™ harness system uses a comfortable textile cradle with unique 1-2-3 point depth settings for a precise, secure fit. The deep nape strap and OneTouch™ slip ratchet provide firm retention, keeping the helmet firmly in place. A 6-point textile cradle harness and Chamlon™ cotton sweatband deliver enhanced comfort during extended wear.
The helmet includes a universal accessories slot for attaching Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders. Optional accessories include a 2-point or 4-point chinstrap, CR2™ reflective strips (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), integrated EVOSpec® eyewear, and an ID card holder. The product weighs 372 g and fits head sizes 53–64 cm. It carries the BSI Kitemark and JSPCheck certification.
