The JSP AJH 160 EVO3 is a ventilated industrial safety helmet featuring a micro peak and Pinlock anti-fog visor. The shell is made from UV-stabilised High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), providing impact resistance of 50 Joules. The helmet conforms to EN397, ANSI Z89 and ГОСТ Р 50460-92, with EC Certificate Number 00279 issued by BSi Product Certification.
The One Touch™ Slip Ratchet harness system allows easy one-finger adjustment for a secure, comfortable fit across a wide size range of 530–640 mm. The harness is constructed from HDPE and LDPE with polyester webbing straps, and the Chamlon™ sweatband features an Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption. The helmet weighs approximately 375 g.
This ventilated version includes a micro peak for improved upward visibility and meets the retro-reflective performance requirements of EN12899 when fitted with the optional CR2 Reflective kit. The helmet is suitable for use in low temperatures down to -40°C (EN397) and is available in multiple colours.
