The 3M Peltor G3000NUV is a safety helmet developed for use in demanding environments, offering excellent ventilation and a wide field of vision. The shell is made from HDPE and features a smoothly rounded design that prevents parts from snagging on cables or branches. Ventilation openings distributed across a large area provide maximum airflow for improved wearing comfort.
The helmet is equipped with a 3M Uvicator sensor disc that indicates when the helmet has been exposed to excessive UV radiation and needs to be replaced. The head harness can be rotated 180° for better visibility when working in confined spaces, and the short brim provides improved upward visibility. The harness is adjusted via a ratchet system, and the sweatband is made from replaceable plastic.
The G3000NUV is approved for use at -30 °C and meets the requirements of EN 397:2012+A1:2012 with the harness rotated 180° (reversed). Optional accessories include a mining lamp holder. Brand and logo printing options are available.
