The 3M™ Peltor™ G3000NUV is a safety helmet developed for use in demanding environments such as construction, agriculture, and forestry. It offers excellent ventilation, a wide field of vision, and a smoothly rounded design that prevents snagging on cables or branches.
The helmet shell is made from HDPE and features a ratchet adjustment head harness that can be rotated 180° for improved visibility when working in confined spaces. Ventilation openings distributed across a large area provide maximum airflow for better wearing comfort. A short peak improves upward visibility, and the integrated 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor disc indicates when the helmet has been exposed to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The sweatband is replaceable and made from plastic.
The G3000NUV meets the requirements of EN 397:2012+A1:2012 with the harness rotated 180° (reversed). It is approved for use at temperatures down to −30 °C and weighs approximately 310 g.
