The Showa 451 Latex Cold is a thermal-insulated glove designed for cold weather use. Its seamless acrylic/cotton/polyester liner reduces irritation while providing warmth, and the elasticated wrist cuff keeps dirt and debris out. The natural rubber palm coating delivers abrasion resistance and a rough surface texture for reliable grip in demanding conditions. The glove also offers protection against aggressive detergents and alcohols.
Key features include an ergonomic design, breathable construction, and antibacterial/anti-odour treatment. The glove is flexible and skin-friendly, making it suitable for extended wear in trades such as masonry, carpentry, demolition, bricklaying, driving machines, and shipping/receiving.
Certified to Cat II PPE standards: EN 388:2016+A1:2018 (2241X) for mechanical protection, EN 407:2020 (X2XXXX) for thermal hazards, and EN 511:2006 (01X) for protection against convective cold. Glove length is 220–270 mm.
