The Mapa Ultrane 500 is a nitrile-coated work glove designed for handling tasks in oily or wet environments. The special Grip & Proof nitrile coating provides excellent grip on oily mechanical parts, reducing muscle fatigue and improving productivity. The glove is oil-resistant, repelling oil penetration and helping to prevent dermatitis.
The seamless textile lining (13-gauge knit) and ventilated back ensure comfort and dexterity, rated 5/5 for sensitivity according to EN ISO 21420. The nitrile coating delivers excellent abrasion resistance, and the dark colour is chosen to maintain a clean appearance in dirty industrial environments. The glove is silicone-free to avoid marks and defects on metal sheets and glass prior to painting, and is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certified, free from DMF.
The Ultrane 500 is washable up to 3 times at 40°C, extending glove life and reducing costs and waste. It is certified to EN 388 (4121A) for mechanical protection, EN 407 (X1XXXX) for limited flame spread and contact heat, ISO 18889 for pesticide protection, and ISO 13997 (4.9 N) for cut resistance. Suitable for automotive and mechanical industry, glass handling, agriculture, and maintenance in wet environments involving water, oil, grease, and hydrocarbons.
