The Mapa Optimo 454 (Ultranitril 454) is a single-use nitrile glove designed for chemical protection against splashes and short-term contact. Certified to EN ISO 374-1 Type B, it provides permeation resistance against specific chemicals including sodium hydroxide 40% (K), hydrogen peroxide 30% (P), and formaldehyde 37% (T). It also meets EN ISO 374-5 Category 3 for protection against bacteria and fungi.

Made from nitrile, the glove is latex-free and hypoallergenic, reducing the risk of allergic reactions. It features a straight cuff, a flocked interior for comfort and ease of donning, and a textured exterior for improved grip on smooth objects. The anatomical shape and 0.35 mm thickness deliver excellent dexterity, rated 5/5 under EN 420. The glove measures 31 cm in length.

Mechanical protection is rated EN 388 2000X. The glove is silicone-free to prevent marks and defects on metal sheets and glass prior to painting. It is suitable for use in healthcare, cleaning, and local authority applications where handling of household detergents and routine tasks are required.
