The Mapa Krytech 579 is a cut protection glove designed for standard protection during intricate tasks in relatively clean environments. It provides Level B cut resistance according to EN 388 (performance rating 4342B) and achieves the highest dexterity rating of 5/5 under EN 420, ensuring excellent hand agility for precision work.
The glove features a seamless HDPE (high-density polyethylene) fibre textile reinforcement on the inside, a ventilated back, and a knitted cuff. The outer material is polyurethane, offering ergonomic comfort and reduced hand fatigue during prolonged wear. It has excellent abrasion resistance, making it suitable for long-term use. The glove is silicone-free to prevent marks and defects on metal sheets and glass prior to painting, and it can be washed up to 5 times at 40°C to extend its lifespan and reduce waste.
Typical applications include handling cardboard and paper, assembling thin metal sheets, automotive assembly, finishing, handling and sorting small sharp parts, handling cut parts or metal sheets, and precision assembly in the automotive, mechanical, and paper industries. The glove is available in white/grey and comes in sizes 5 to 11.
