The Ansell HyFlex 11-840 is a lightweight, palm-coated industrial safety glove designed for general handling and light-duty applications. Featuring FORTIX™ nitrile foam coating, it delivers twice the grip and up to 20% greater abrasion resistance compared to previous technology, with EN abrasion resistance level 4 under EN 388:2016 +A1:2018 (performance rating 4131A) and ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 compliance.
The glove's ERGOFORM™ Ergonomic Design Technology provides a second-skin fit that follows the natural contours of the hand, enhancing comfort at the base of the little finger, fingertips, and palm for improved sensitivity and dexterity. The ZONZ™ Comfort Fit Technology reduces hand fatigue, while the 15-gauge nylon and Spandex knitted liner ensures breathability and a snug, comfortable fit.
The HyFlex 11-840 is silicone-free, preventing contamination of unpainted metal parts before painting. It is Dermatest® certified, Oeko-Tex® approved, and free from substances harmful to human health. The gloves are touchscreen compatible, antistatic, and suitable for food contact. They are washable up to 3 times at 40 °C and feature a tricot cuff. Packaged as 12 pairs per bag, 12 bags per carton.
