The Ansell HyFlex 11-819 ESD is a light-duty industrial glove designed to protect products from electrostatic discharge while maintaining excellent dexterity. Certified to EN 16350:2014, it is suitable for use in ESD-sensitive environments and can also be used as part of a grounding chain in ATEX explosion hazard zones.
The 18-gauge liner is made from nylon, spandex and carbon, providing a comfortable fit with ZONZ™ Comfort Fit knitwork that reduces strain in stress-prone areas. The palm is coated with Ansell's FORTIX™ foam nitrile, delivering ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 compliant abrasion resistance (level 3), 2x more grip, and up to 20% greater durability compared to standard coatings. The ultra-thin nitrile foam coating also enables touchscreen compatibility with both consumer and industrial devices.
These gloves are Oeko-Tex certified and Dermatest-approved, confirming they are skin-friendly and free from harmful substances. The knitwrist cuff ensures a secure fit. Available in blue, in sizes 6–11, with a length of 195–255 mm.
