The Ansell HyFlex 11-818 is an ultralight multi-purpose safety glove designed for comfortable, tactile manipulation in general handling and light assembly tasks. Its 18-gauge seamless nylon and spandex knitted liner provides a "bare hand" feel with excellent breathability and fingertip sensitivity for precision work.
The palm is coated with a thin layer of FORTIX™ nitrile foam, which delivers improved durability with ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 and EN 388:2016 compliant abrasion resistance (level 3), as well as reliable grip in dry conditions. The thin, breathable coating is 20% more breathable than previous materials, helping to reduce perspiration and keep hands cooler and drier.
Ansell's ZONZ® Comfort Fit technology follows the natural contours of the hand for better support, breathability, and freedom of movement. The glove is Dermatest® certified for skin friendliness, silicone-free to avoid contaminating unpainted metal parts, latex-free, and DMF free. It is also compatible with most commercial and industrial touchscreens. Certified to EN 388:2016 +A1:2018 (3121A), EN ISO 21420:2020, and compliant with REACH and food contact regulations.
