The Ansell HyFlex 11-801 is an industrial safety glove designed for dry or lightly oiled applications requiring limited mechanical protection and a high degree of precision. It features a 15-gauge nylon liner with a dark lining that hides dirt for longer wear, and a palm-coated nitrile foam coating that delivers 30% more breathability than comparable gloves for improved all-day comfort.
The nitrile foam coating provides reliable grip in dry and lightly oiled environments, while the ZONZ™ Comfort Fit Technology reduces strain for a tailored, comfortable fit. The gloves are Dermatest®-approved for skin friendliness and undergo a proprietary washing process that removes impurities for a cleaner product. They are also silicone-free, reducing the risk of product contamination on metal parts before painting, and latex-free thanks to the use of Spandex elastane.
Certified to ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 (3 2 A1) and EN 388:2016 +A1:2018 (3131A), the HyFlex 11-801 meets EN ISO 21420:2020 and is OEKO-TEX® certified. It is well suited for light assembly, logistics, warehousing, and general handling tasks across automotive, machinery, metal production, and chemical sectors.
