Product information

The Sioen 8161 Plukmouwen Cork arm sleeves are designed for use in the food industry. Made from Flexothane® Kleen — 100 % polyamide 6.6 knitted fabric with PU coating at approximately 170 g/m² — they offer waterproof protection with taped seams for reliable barrier performance.

Each sleeve is 50 cm long and features elasticated openings at both ends for a secure fit over the arm. The material is washable at 95 °C, supporting optimal hygiene in demanding food-processing environments.

The product meets the following European standards: EN 14605:2005+A1:2009 Type PB(4) for protection against liquid chemicals, EN 14126:2003+AC:2004 Type PB[4]-B for protection against infective agents, Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 for food-contact materials, and EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021 for general requirements for protective clothing.
