The Climax 15M-A is a retractable fall arrester designed to protect against falls from height. Equipped with an automatic inertia braking system, it allows the user to move freely across a wide working area while maintaining continuous fall protection. Suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications, it is ideal for work on roofs, inclines, and confined spaces.
The device features a 15-metre galvanised steel cable with a diameter of 4.8 mm, a polyamide housing reinforced with fibreglass, and an integrated energy absorber. It includes a Climax 30 symmetrical connector with manual threaded locking (16 mm opening) at the anchor end and a steel swivel connector with automatic locking (19 mm opening) at the harness end. The maximum user weight is 120 kg.
Certified to EN 360:2002 and RFU CNB/P/11.060, with notified body 0598. The theoretical service life is 15 years from the date of manufacture.
