The Climax 21-C Atex Plus is a full body fall arrest harness designed for work at height in environments with explosion risk. It features two fall arrest anchor points — dorsal (A) and chest (A/2) — both fitted on 8 mm steel D buckles. Rapid-action automatic buckles allow easy adjustment of the harness assembly.
Constructed from 45 mm polyester webbing, the harness includes padded back and leg loops for comfort, two material-holding rings, and a buckle for attaching a work positioning belt. The reinforced and breathable back protector adds support during prolonged use.
This harness meets EN 361:2002 for fall arrest and is certified under EU Regulation 2016/425 (control body 1019). It provides protection against static electricity in accordance with PN-E-05201:1992 and PN-E-05204:1994, and is suitable for ATEX zones 1, 2, 20, 21, and 22 in the presence of flammable gases (groups IIA to IIC) and dusts with minimum ignition energy above 0.1 mJ. It is tested for users up to 140 kg.
