The 3M™ Protecta® 1161609 is a vest-style full-body fall arrest harness designed for general-purpose use. It features a conveniently placed front D-ring to help keep you balanced and centred, along with a rear D-ring for standard fall arrest attachment. The harness includes parking points for lanyards to prevent equipment from snagging during a fall, and impact indicators that simplify inspection for damage.
Constructed with pass-through chest and leg buckles, the design eliminates loose strap ends for improved comfort. Covered identification labels remain legible over the harness lifetime, supporting easy and reliable inspection. The harness is made with steel hardware featuring a black electroplated zinc coating and includes a sub-pelvic strap.
This harness meets CE EN 361 requirements and is suitable for use in general manufacturing, automotive, construction, general industry, metal production, mining, and transport sectors.
