The JSP EVOGuard® C5 MAX Electrical Helmet System (AKE24C-600-100) combines an EVO®5 Olympus® industrial safety helmet with the EVOGuard® C5 MAX visor to provide integrated head, eye and face protection for electrical and arc flash hazards.
The ABS shell helmet offers electrical insulation up to 1000V a.c. to EN 50365 and is fitted with a wheel ratchet harness and 4-point chinstrap for a secure, adjustable fit. The clear polycarbonate visor provides Class 1 arc flash protection to GS-ET-29 (up to 4 kA / 155 kJ/m² / 3.7 cal/cm²), A-rated high-energy impact resistance to EN 166, and features an anti-scratch, anti-mist coating with UV filtering and high visible light transmittance (≥75%).
Certified to EN 397, EN 50365, EN 166, EN 170 and GS-ET-29, this helmet system is designed to be used as part of an arc flash protective ensemble alongside suitable arc flash protective clothing and gloves.
