Spasciani TR82 Full Face Mask

The Spasciani TR82 is a negative-pressure full face mask designed for professional use in environments such as chemical and pharmaceutical plants, agriculture, and the mining industry. It features a moulded EPDM face blank, a polycarbonate panoramic visor for wide visibility, and an integrated speech device to facilitate communication while wearing the mask.

The mask body incorporates the filter/respirator connection, exhale and inhalation membranes, and the speech device in a single unit. An inner nose cup and a five-arm EPDM head harness with PVC neck strap ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The mask connects to negative-pressure devices via a threaded connector conforming to EN 148-1, including compatible filters and air lines such as the AC190.

Key technical data includes low breathing resistance (inhalation ≤ 2.5 mbar at 25 cycles/min, exhalation ≤ 3.0 mbar), inward leakage below 0.05% measured with SF6, and a weight of approximately 570 g. Materials include an EPDM face blank and head harness, polycarbonate visor, TPE nose cup, and PVC neck strap. The mask is not suitable for use with positive-pressure SCBAs or devices lacking an EN 148-1 connector.
