The Helly Hansen Chelsea Evolution Construction Pant (77441) combines durability with unrestricted movement. The 4-way stretch base fabric — 93% polyamide, 7% elastaan at 310 g/m² — delivers all-day comfort and freedom of movement, while the secondary cotton-polyester blend (79% cotton, 21% polyester, 295 g/m²) adds structure and toughness for heavy-duty work.
Cordura® reinforcements are applied throughout high-wear areas: hanging pockets with double-lined bottoms and nylon webbing, knee areas, the ruler pocket, and the hem. The pants feature a gusseted crotch for extra mobility, a shaped waistband for comfort, and a wide center-back belt loop for stability. Plastic-covered metal buttons, YKK® zippers, and AMANN thread ensure reliable hardware and seam integrity.
Knee protector pockets are accessible from the inside, with the knee protector position adjustable by 5 cm for optimal fit and mobility. The leg length can also be extended by 5 cm. Additional features include a thigh pocket with closure and multiple compartments, a Cordura®-reinforced ruler pocket, and an ID card loop.
