The DPL Nova Super 80 HWB is a heavy weight, chlorinated natural rubber glove designed for demanding applications across agriculture, chemical handling, construction, food industry, and facility maintenance. Anatomically shaped for comfort, it features a diamond anti-slip pattern that ensures a secure grip in both wet and dry conditions.
With a thickness of 0.80 mm (±0.07 mm), the glove provides enhanced protection against chemical and mechanical hazards. It is certified as EN ISO 374-1 Type A, offering high-level permeation resistance to chemicals including sodium hydroxide 40% (Level 6), nitric acid 65% (Level 6), hydrogen peroxide 30% (Level 6), and formaldehyde 37% (Level 6). It also provides protection against bacteria and fungi to EN ISO 374-5 and meets EN 388:2016+A1:2018 for mechanical hazards (abrasion Level 3, cut Level 1, tear Level 1, puncture Level 1).
The glove features a pure cotton flock lining to absorb perspiration, a beaded cuff for improved tear resistance during donning and removal, and a finished smooth exterior. It is compliant with (EC) No. 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, and BfR XXI for food contact (Black), and conforms to PPE Regulation EU 2016/425 (Complex Design) and EN ISO 21420:2020. Low in soluble proteins, it is suitable for users with latex sensitivity concerns.
